Terms and Conditions
General
- To the extent permitted by law, all our liability for damage to property, disruption to travel plans, or mental injury's excluded.
- This exclusion is subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Dangerous Goods
- -FGS has a legal obligation to manage the carriage of Dangerous Goods. Please declare all dangerous goods to your crew.
Frequent User
- Frequent User cards are available to anyone who wishes to apply for a card and pay for their ferry use via prepayment.
- Frequent user cards allow passengers to access a 10% discount on standard fares
- Cards are valid for three years from the time of activation.
- The Frequent User Card remains the property of Fullers GreatSights and may not be used by anyone other than the account holder.
- The card cannot be sold or transferred to another user.
- Fullers GreatSights reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend a card due to any breach of the company's terms and conditions,and in such cases a refund may not be given for any outstanding credit.
- The first card and triennial renewals will be issued free of charge.
- Replacement of a lost or stolen card will attract a fee of $10 per card.
- The card holder is responsible for any card use until the card is report lost or stolen to a Fullers GreatSights office, during office hours 0830-1700.
- Any credit balance on a lost or stolen card will be transferred to the new card at the discretion of Fullers GreatSights
- Credit held on a card can be refunded to the cardholder, however an admin fee may be incurred, and this service is only available at FGS retail offices. This will be refunded by credit card or direct credit
- Credit on multiple cards cannot be combine onboard the ferry to pay for a single fare.
- Your account can be topped up online, at Fullers GreatSights retail offices in Paihia and Russell or on the ferries.
- FGS reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Frequent Card Holder service, to amend prices or surcharges at any time.
- Multiple cards can be issued to one account.
Resident Frequent User
- To qualify for a Resident Frequent User card you must reside in the following post code areas 0200, 0202, 0204, 0272 and 0184.
- On application you will be required to provide proof of residence by way of a utility invoice or other identifier of residence such as rates or tenancy agreement.
- Resident Frequent User cards are issued to an individual and include photo ID. A photo will be taken at the time of collection.
- Applicants for affiliate cards for adults will require proof of address for each adult. An adult is defined as over 18 years old and not enrolled as a student
- Affiliate cards for families are classed as immediate family up to 18 years old residing at the same address
- Cards are valid for three years from the time of activation.
- To renew a card you will be required to provide updated proof of residence and have your photo ID renewed.
- The Resident Frequent User Card remains the property of Fullers GreatSights and may not be used by anyone other than the account holder.
- The card cannot be sold or transferred to another user.

- Resident Frequent User cards are not intended for commercial use.
- Any decision relating to the Resident Frequent User programme by FGS is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
- An auto reload / recharge of your credit is available via your personal account.
- FGS will not be responsible for fraud resulting from the sharing of personal account details or passwords with others.
- Accounts with multiple cards can be managed from your personal account. Credit can be shifted between the cards attached to the account.
- FGS may collect and use personal information in line with our company privacy policy.
Portal
- Application for Frequent User and Resident Frequent User cards can be made online. Each application must have its own unique e-mail address
- Frequent User and Resident Frequent User cards are then able to be picked up at Fullers GreatSights retail areas in Paihia or Russell.
- The cards are not available for pick up on the ferries.
- The top up of Frequent User cards can be done online through your personal account.
